CLINICAL SERVICES

Clinical Services for Professionals

CLINICAL ASSESSEMENT

Structured assessment and clinical recommendations

We offer comprehensive clinical assessments for clients presenting with dissociative symptoms, trauma-related difficulties or identity disturbances. These structured assessments explore symptom history, diagnostic indicators and functional impact, helping to clarify the nature and severity of dissociation. Each assessment includes a written report with clinical recommendations, which can support ongoing therapy, multidisciplinary care planning or formal diagnosis. We work collaboratively with referrers and tailor each assessment to the needs of the individual and their care context.

EXPERT OPINION

Independent reports for diagnosis and planning

Our team provides expert opinion reports on dissociation, trauma and related presentations. These may be requested to inform diagnosis, therapy planning or processes such as tribunals and safeguarding reviews. Reports are evidence-informed, clearly structured and written with sensitivity and clarity. Each includes a summary of key findings and, where appropriate, a clinical formulation. We’re happy to discuss any specific requirements in advance – whether the report is for internal service use or part of a formal procedure.
